We do not knowingly collect data from or market to minors. Kongo services are intended for individuals aged 18 and above. If a minor needs to travel, the booking must be made by a parent, legal guardian, or responsible adult in accordance with applicable transport rules.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to review, correct, delete, or update your personal information, or withdraw consent for processing.

You may also manage your account settings directly or contact us to terminate your account. We may retain some information to prevent fraud, troubleshoot issues, enforce legal terms, or comply with applicable requirements.
